The East Petersburg Fire Co. uses Pre-Plans to ensure that we are aware of as many possible hazards and as much building and location information as possible prior to an actual incident occurring at your place of business. This makes our jobs safer and makes your fire protection more effective.
On this page you will find a Microsoft Excel version or our Pre-Plan Form. Please complete as much information as you can in the yellow highlighted boxes. You may feel free to complete it electronically, save it and email it back to us, or you may print it and complete it by hand and either scan and email, fax, or mail it to us.
It would also be of TREMENDOUS HELP to us if you have a floor plan of your building that you could provide to us along with the Pre-Plan form. If you have the floor plan as a PDF, feel free to email that to us as well. If you have it only as a paper version, please provide a copy either scanned or mailed to us. They are very helpful.
If you don’t know the specific answer to a question, that’s OK! We may contact you and try to figure out the answer together.
After you complete the form, we will put it with the map of your facility and any pictures that we may take of the outside of your building that my help us. This information will be placed in our electronic database that is available to our fire apparatus that responds to an emergency incident at your facility. Your information is secure with us and will never be shared without your permission.
